Senior Consultant, Cameron Hutchings, provides customized solutions for developing high performing leaders using a variety of assessment tools and powerful one-on-one leadership coaching. She successfully coaches senior managers and executives, helping them to identify their vision, values and direction, which directly impact their team's productivity. Her personalized coaching model increases self-awareness of strengths and the possible impacts of "blind spots", thus enhancing the ability of leaders to adjust their actions to reach the superior results they strive for.
Before launching her leadership development and coaching practice, Cameron Hutchings spent twenty-plus years in senior leadership roles in human resources as advisor to the CEO and other senior executives. She is experienced in turbulent business environments, driving organizational change, reenergizing struggling organizations and developing high-functioning teams. Her skills in management, leadership development, and coaching have helped executives to reach both organizational and personal goals. She has helped leaders and executives successfully assimilate into challenging new roles. She continually balanced strategic operational needs with the ongoing development of leadership bench strength. Her strategic perspective, built over many years of executive experience, supports organizations in building the appropriate leadership talent to meet their long-term business objectives.
Cameron served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Operations for a national trade association as well as in other industries including publishing and healthcare. Cameron has gained valuable experiences in the following industries:

Cameron holds a bachelor of science in business administration and organizational development from Texas Tech University. She has continued to expand her personal and professional coaching skills through Georgetown University's graduate level Leadership Coaching Program, an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified program. She is also a member of ICF and is committed to ICF's high ethical and professional standards. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), is qualified in the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI(R)) Assessments and is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile and Culture Survey assessments, giving her valuable tools for highly effective leadership coaching.
